QUALITY IN HEALTH CARE - DEFINITIONS AND MEASUREMENTS

Quality is an important part of our lives. Everywhere in the world people are looking for quality products and services. In most countries quality health care is a human right. If quality of health care services improves, productivity increases, costs decrease and better services would be available for patients – clients. All of these factors do improve organizational performance and provide a long – term working relationships for providers and recipients of healh care products and services.
